Amanda L. Tucker

Amanda L. Tucker  (P20152) is a Licensed Paralegal with experience in Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings, legal drafting, file preparation, and client advocacy. She specializes in residential tenancy matters, regularly assisting and representing both landlords and tenants in a variety of housing disputes, with additional knowledge relating to human rights considerations within housing matters. Amanda is recognized for her detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to providing professional and reliable legal support.

Amanda completed her Paralegal Diploma with Honours from triOS College, where she developed strong foundations in legal research, court and tribunal document preparation, case management, and advocacy. She has hands-on experience with evidence review, disclosure organization, legal drafting, client communication, and litigation support across tribunal and court-related proceedings.

Her primary area of focus is Landlord and Tenant Board matters, where she specializes in evidence preparation, hearing support, procedural matters, and client advocacy for both landlords and tenants. Amanda has experience supporting files involving residential tenancy disputes, Small Claims Court matters, Provincial Offences, and Criminal Code-related proceedings.

Amanda is currently entering her third year of the Honours Bachelor of Arts program at Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Criminology with a Minor in Human Rights and Diversity. Her academic background further strengthens her understanding of advocacy, procedural fairness, social justice, and dispute resolution.
